The McIntyre Group was founded in 1986 by Leslie McIntyre who set out on a mission to form one of the most dependable staffing firms in the area. Her guiding principles and passion helped her grow a team that would deliver on their promise to be a true partner for both job seekers and clients. What made the company unique was her “partnership” approach — it was clear that the business was built on trust and care for the people that worked with McIntyre and that was the root of McIntyre’s success.

Today, Michelle D’Amato leads the group, keeping Leslie’s guiding principle of building genuine partnerships. Yet, they say change is good, so that’s why we are now part of the TalentLaunch Network. Michelle D'Amato

President

Michelle is a 21+ year veteran in the recruiting industry who took on leadership as President of The McIntyre Group in January of 2021. She is responsible for the strategic planning, leadership and performance — helping to reviving the woman-led brand that made the company such a staple in the communities it serves. Michelle’s passion lies in building strong relationships and empowering her teams to reach their goals. Her focus is on using the Redwood Tree values and pillars such as accountability, vulnerability, integrity and teamwork as the backbone of the work they do to empower and change more lives.

Sarah Binderberger

Vice President

Sarah is a 26+ year veteran in the recruiting industry and brings her talent and wide breadth of experience to her role as leader, mentor and motivator. Over the years Sarah has developed a systematic approach to achieving success in the recruiting industry by meeting the needs of her clients while cohesively matching candidates. From an Operations standpoint, Sarah has created a defined process and places a consistent emphasis on quality. Sarah brings her competitive mindset to work as she coaches her staff on perfecting the fundamentals.
